At Backyard Dominion, we stand behind the quality of our lawn care products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
To initiate a return, email us at backyarddominion@gmail.com with your name, order number, and details of the issue. We’ll provide instructions for how to proceed.
💵 Refunds
Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis. Once we’ve reviewed your request and inspected the issue, we’ll notify you of the decision.
If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
We do not offer refunds for:

Digital downloads (e.g., the Legacy Lawn Guide) once delivered

Products that have been used or tampered with

Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases
📦 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. However, if your order is lost or severely delayed, contact us — we’ll help track it down and take care of you.
