Thank you for shopping with Backyard Dominion. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or orders over a specified amount

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations (coming soon)

If your address falls under one of these categories, we may contact you to update it or issue a refund.

📍Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
